Refund Policy

At BlockMEV, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-month (90-day) money-back guarantee. Please follow the instructions below to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund. Accepted reasons include:
    • The bot cannot operate properly due to technical issues or errors (e.g., failure to deploy the contract correctly).
    • The bot is not generating any profits or performing as expected.
    • The bot is not executing trades or failing to interact with the Ethereum network properly.
    • Or any other reason where the bot fails to operate as intended or is not profitable.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the transaction hash (Tx hash), must be provided.
  • You must provide a valid wallet address where the refund will be sent. The refund will not be sent to the original payment method, but to the wallet address provided in the form.
  • A detailed description of the issue you encountered with the bot should be provided (e.g., error messages, bot not executing trades, etc.).
  • Optional: You may upload a screenshot or other media files to help clarify the issue.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please complete our Refund Request Form. You will need to provide the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your transaction hash (Tx hash) for proof of purchase
  • The purchase date
  • A reason for the refund
  • A valid wallet address for the refund
  • A description of the issue
  • An optional screenshot or other supporting media files

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be sent to the wallet address provided in your refund form. Please double-check that the wallet address is correct, as we are not responsible for any refunds sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
